Rat Race Exit Blueprint provides marketplace education, operational guidance and direct assisted implementation support. We do not guarantee sales, profit, account approval, financing approval, credit outcomes, product availability, supplier approval, marketplace approval or payout timing.

Marketplace risk

Amazon, Walmart and other platforms are third-party marketplaces. They may change policies, request documentation, restrict listings, delay payouts, review accounts, suspend accounts or reject products. Clients remain responsible for their accounts, business decisions and capital deployment.

Client agreement controls

Any paid engagement should be governed by a separate written client agreement defining scope, fees, responsibilities, refund terms, communication boundaries and support limits.
