Client security presentation

How to safely invite us to your Amazon Seller Central account.

Use Amazon’s user-permission system. Do not share your main owner login, password, owner email access, or OTP codes with anyone — including Rat Race Exit Blueprint.

Owner-control rule

You stay the primary owner. We should be added only as a secondary user with the permissions needed for the work.

  • No password sharing
  • No OTP sharing
  • No owner email access
  • No unnecessary bank/tax/admin access

The safe process

Invite us as a secondary user, then approve only the needed permissions.

Amazon’s Seller Central help explains that account owners can invite new users through Settings → User Permissions, enter the user’s contact information, and send an invitation. The invited user follows the email instructions.

Step 1

Log in as the account owner

Use your own primary owner login. Do not send the password or OTP to us.

Step 2

Go to Settings → User Permissions

Inside Seller Central, open the Settings menu and choose User Permissions.

Step 3

Send the invitation

Add the new user contact information and send the invite to support@ratraceexitblueprint.com.

Step 4

Set limited permissions

After we accept, grant only the permissions required for the agreed work. We will confirm the exact list during onboarding.

Step 5

Review and revoke anytime

You can review, adjust, or remove secondary-user access when needed. Keep owner control with yourself.

Usually needed

  • Inventory and listing workflow, where applicable
  • Orders / returns / customer-care related workflow, where applicable
  • Reports needed for sales, fees, and operational tracking
  • Case/logistics access only when required for support issues
  • Advertising or pricing access only if part of the agreement

Do not share by default

  • Main owner password or OTP codes
  • Owner email inbox access
  • Bank/disbursement settings unless specifically reviewed
  • Tax identity, legal entity, or admin/user-management access unless truly needed
  • Any access you do not understand

Important warning

If an agency asks for your owner login, that is a red flag.

Your Seller Central owner login controls your account, data, money movement, and security. Real operators should be able to work through secondary-user access with permission limits.

If you are unsure which permission to grant, stop and ask us first. Do not guess. Do not give blanket admin access just because someone is in a hurry.
